By invitation only

Fancy finding yourself at one of the most exclusive sales around? Allow me to invite you.

Cocosa was launched by Bauer Media, the company behind my favourite fashion weekly, Grazia magazine, three years ago and offers members access to private sales which run for a limited period and brim with an unrivalled selection of luxury brands. The experienced team of buyers hand pick only the most covetable fashion and accessories for you to enjoy. You all know that I absolutely hate to buy anything for its full retail price and am always on the hunt for a bargain - Cocosa are able to offer you behind-the-scenes access to the kind of dizzying designer discounts that only fashion insiders have previously enjoyed.

Previous sales have included designers from Vivienne Westwood, Tom Ford Sunglasses, Alexander McQueen to Karl Lagerfeld, Jonathan Saunders and Nicole Farhi, and even Matthew Williamson and Vera Wang.

To be invited to these sales, you must first register on Cocosa. Cocosa are currently offering an exclusive £10 off their first order over £50 when they enter the promotional code ‘luxurystyle’ at the checkout. An exclusive sale and money off? What could be better? I ask you! To be honest, I'm not sure what I'm still doing here chatting about it and why I'm not over on the site already... shopping!!

Have any of you used Cocosa? Did you have any success with finding a bargain?

WIN a collection of LBDs and LWDs courtesy of ASOS and Nivea!

To celebrate the launch of Nivea's newest and innovative deodorant, Invisible for Black and White, Nivea has teamed with Asos to create an exclusive capsule collection consisting of two LBDs and two LWDs:

Nivea's new deodorant is the first anti-perspirant from Nivea that protects both black and white clothes from those yucky deodorant stains that result in your summer tees ending up in the charity-shop bag and you changing your LBD for the third time before a night out!

To coincide with today's launch Asos have launched a competition to win one of the four dresses. All you have to do is play stylist and team the right dress with the right accessory for the occasion. Here's how I got on:

Now it's your turn to go play stylist and try for your chance to win one of these dresses! You have until 31 May to enter the competition and if you do enter, let me know, won't you?

*LBD = Little Black Dress and LWD = Little White Dress

Sunshine, sand and SUPERKINIS!

The weather here in the UK this week has felt more like Spring in the Mediterranean than a blustery British April and I don't know about you, but I have been dreaming about summer holidays, sandy beaches and the seaside. If you're like me, how does a trip to Ibiza sound? And the chance to star in photo shoot and to become the face of the O’Neill Superkini international campaign?

Well, let me tell you just how you can do just that:

To celebrate the launch of their new Superkini, O'Neill are searching for a new O'Neill Girl. The Superkini is the latest and most welcomed addition to the world of bikinis. A leading innovative new design in swim wear, it is made with a new nanofront™ material, so it sticks to your body when wet, keeping you sexy both in the water and out – and when jumping off cliffs.

The O'Neill Girl search will be running on Facebook throughout April and until 13 May 2011.  Twelve finalists from the O’Neill Girls Facebook campaign will be flown out to Ibiza in June to walk the One Way Runway in front of a panel of judges. And what is the One Way Runway? You might well ask!! In a nut shell; there's no sassy turn at the end - it's a hop, skip and a jump straight into the sea! One lucky One Way Runway entrant will be chosen as the new O'Neill Girl and whisked off to the photo shoot at a secret location later in the year.

To enter the competition upload your photo on the Facebook page and ask all of your friends to enter. And if you are entering, remember to leave a link in the comments here. Think one of your friends has what it takes? Get them to enter too!

For now, I will continue to dream of a summer holiday...

Timeless

Some pieces exude a timeless quality, a quality that says that no matter what the year or the latest trend or fad, it will remain a classic. The trench, the Little Black Dress... somethings go on forever.

And so, when this short film for Raymond Weil popped into my inbox from the 7th chamber, I couldn't help but think that this was one such piece. I used to wear a watch every day as a child and teen. At some point along the way the watch I always wore got lost, or the battery died, or I got bored, whichever it was, I no longer wear a watch. My obvious lack of any real time-keeping skills perhaps suggests that I could do with hunting out a watch but for the past few years I have had this notion of finding my perfect watch, one that would - and will - last me forever. Now, the search is over. Now that I'm not waiting to find my perfect time piece, I will have to wait to save for it:

What do you think of the film? Which timeless time piece do you wear each day?

Ebuzzing: money for your blogging (and some new shoes!)

Find out more on ebuzzing.co.uk

Calling all bloggers who wish to make a little money from their creative writing skills!

Does that sound good? Well, you might just want to visit ebuzzing and think about joining their network of bloggers and advertisers who work together to create interesting content and a little money along the way too. Ebuzzing are: "a part of the Wikio Group and allow you to display videos and publish articles about brands that you like, when you want, whilst earning".

I know that some bloggers feel uncomfortable about monetising their blogs and that it will in some detract from their credibility and control over their blog. I felt like this too but ebuzzing understands the uniqueness of a blog and that is it and should remain a place to express yourself. They not only acknowledge that each blogger and blog has their own individual style but they also embrace and encourage this. There is no possibility of readers being duped by a post written for ebuzzing as they insist that the disclaimer “Sponsored Post” be included in your article.

We all work incredibly hard for our blogs and – although I would never dream of only writing sponsored posts and love to be constantly striving for new ideas and posts – it is sometimes nice to be compensated for the hours spent working on the blog.

Ebuzzing choose the campaigns for which you are suitable using criteria relating to your blog and to the specific campaign requirements, so they should always be relevant to what you write about.

A week ago, ebuzzing asked me to, to imagine my perfect campaign: who are the brands you’d love to work with? Now, that is easy. I would love to work with any one of my favourite high street fashion brands, from Topshop to New Look, River Island to Zara. However, I have also spent some time over the past week thinking about the idea of being more ethical when shopping, so would value working with an ethical clothing brand, like Tree People or even American Apparel. Interactive posts and posts that tell a story always seem to engage me most; what, do you think, would be the best way to create an original experience between you and these brands?

Are you a blogger? Have you monetised your site? Would you think about? What are your thoughts? I’d love to know what you think!

If you are interested in joining the ebuzzing community, all you have to do is register now.

I'm dreaming of a White Christmas...

Is it just me, or are you over the cold and snow already too? As soon as summer goes I start to long for the cold and then the minute it arrives I start to dream of the sun and the sea… Well, Park Inn by Radisson might have just provided the answer to my winter blues: a competition with a prize to spend a week in one of their hotels. There are three choices of hotel and one of them is on the North African island of Djerba off the coast of Tunisia – the hotel is just minutes from the beach. As I sit here wrapped up in about ten layers that sounds mighty inviting!

For the past five winters that the boyf and I have been together we have gone away for a mini break (or longer, if so inclined!). From Madrid to Scotland to New York, everywhere we have been has always been FREEZING. I'm not sure why we have always felt the need to go somewhere even colder than home but we do. This year - as well as dreaming of a trip to the beach and to feel the warmth of the sun on my face - I am dreaming of a wintry trip to the Swedish capital of Stockholm. I want to see for myself the amazing street style (Stockholm Street Style blog) and I want to drink vodka in the Absolut Ice Bar. I would stay at the Radisson Blu hotel in the centre of town. And I would shop at the Swedish womens-wear store: Monki.

Of course, if you too want to enjoy the winter in somewhere other than home, the other two options are the northern city of Manchester – famed for its shopping and nightlife – or the German capital, Berlin – also famed for its nightlife, as well as having some good shopping and history to boot.

 Play 4 Park Inn

Entering couldn’t be easier, all you have to do is visit the competition site and play a hotel-themed version of that old game, Connect 4: “4 keys in a row”. Believe me, it’s not hard but if you do find yourself struggling, the good news is that you can enter the competition whether you win or lose!

Two winners weekly receive of an iPad and a £250 voucher (respectively) for Park Inn Hotels, which can be used at over 200 hotels in 16 countries (also valid in Radisson Blu and Hotel Missoni, and includes the UK), and can be used at the restaurant, bar, or simply on your room.

Each participant will also be entered into a final draw for one week's stay at Park Inn Manchester, Park Inn Berlin, or Park Inn Ulysse Resort (in Djerba, Tunisia) plus a £300 giftcard.

The competition is open to residents of the UK, Switzerland, Austria and Germany who are 18 years and over. The competition is open until 18 November 2010. See here for further terms and conditions.

Now, just off to dream of a White Christmas... Are you planning a winter break? If so, tell me about it? Where are you going? What will you be doing?
