Mani of the Week: Rimmel I Love Lasting Finish Nail Polish in Azure

This week's Mani of the Week comes from Sugar and Spice's new writer. You might know her better as Super Stylish Sis. She will be writing posts for me on the blog on a more regular basis from now on and you can find out more about her on her very own page. So, please give her a warm welcome:

Like my sister I love my nail polishes too. Rimmel's I Love Lasting Finish Nail Polish in Azure is a great summer to autumn colour as a mid shade. Very, very easy to apply and quite chip resistant.
Overall score 7/10.

This is only my first post on here but make sure you come back later in the week for my first proper post.

What colour are you wearing on your nails this week?

Mani of the Week: Rimmel London Fruities APRICOT PUNCH

This is another of Rimmel London's relatively new nail polish offerings, remember last week's Mani of the Week. And remember its USP? It is said to have a fruity scent when dry! I was intrigued to find out if this was true.

Turns out that is it. This one smells just like apricots. Mmm.

This is Rimmel London's Fruities in Apricot Punch and is a wondered neon apricot shade - perfect for next season.

Mani of the Week: Rimmel London Fruities CRANBERRY ZEST

This is one of Rimmel London's relatively new nail polish offerings. Its USP? It is said to have a fruity scent when dry! I was intrigued to find out if this was true.

This is Rimmel London's Fruities in Cranberry Zest and is a rich and deep pinky red shade. One coat and the polish was opaque and within minutes smelt very fruity. Such a novelty. Kept getting whiffs all through dinner!

Beauty Review: Rimmel London NEW Exaggerate Waterproof Eye Definer & Volume Flash The MAX

I have a new beauty obsession: my brand NEW Rimmel London Exaggerate Automatic Waterproof Eye Definer and Volume Flash The MAX Mascara.

I have had so many compliments about my eye make-up this week when wearing these too. If you want to see some photos, I am wearing both the liner and mascara in my outfit photos last Wednesday.

First up the NEW Rimmel London Exaggerate Automatic Waterproof Eye Definer:

It is a sort of creamy eyeliner that isn't quite a pencil. It twists out. I had one like this from MAC last summer and loved it but once the point had worn down it was neigh on impossible to get a point back, this Rimmel liner has a nifty little sharpener in the other end! Clever. It also has a smudging brush to get a sexy smokey eye. It goes on easily and stays put all day. I haven't tested its waterproof qualities yet. I have it in black at the moment but it comes in 5 different shades.

Now the NEW Rimmel London Volume Flash The MAX Mascara:

I am lucky to have long eyelashes already so that is never a problem but they can be quite flat, so I like something that draws them out and keeps them curled all day. This is a rich black colour and coats all of the lashes easily. No lumps yet but I find that new mascaras are always great, whether they stand the test of time is another matter. Well shall see. Comes in black and a waterproof version too.

Have you tried Rimmel London's new make-up? What is your summer make-up must have?

Mani of the week: Rimmel Pop Apricot

I don't think I've used this nail polish since last summer but found it on my dressing table the other day and thought that it was just the thing for our so-called summer!

It is a gorgeous orangey pink colour with a little glitter sparkle in it. Definitely needs two coats although one would be ok if you wanted something a little more subtle. Being Rimmel, it is a bargain too! Less than a fiver - you can't go wrong! What colour are your nails sporting this week?
